The rate for the 4 rooms is $675 per night plus taxes. Their is a guest kitchen on the second floor and a large guest living room with a sofa bed & Direct TV.Rate is based on up to 8 adults,any additional adults we be charged $25 per person plus tax per night.

Reserve the Warwick & La Tara rooms with queen size beds, Jack & Jill adjoining bath, cable tv, wifi. A full kitchen and upstairs living room and dvd playerwith DIRECT TV for guest. A full course breakfast at a discounted rate of $249 per night plus tax.

Scrapbook Retreat

Begin Friday at Noon through Sunday till 3:30 pm. Use of the second floor kitchen for your meals & snack.We provide a Full Course Cooked Breakfast in the Main Dining Room Saturday & Sunday, between 9 & 10 am . We will provide tables,chairs and extension cords. For a rate of $675 per night plus tax, rate based on two night stay.

Our Policies

  • Check in time is 4:30 to 7:30 pm by appointment! We ask that you check-out by 11 a.m. so we may properly prepare the room for incoming guests.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Please feel free to smoke on the porch or the many seating areas in the gardens.
  • We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
  • Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or payment of one night lodging. Balance due in full on check in.
  • All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $50.
  • Cancellations must be one week prior to check in date or you will be charged for the total reservation.
  • The facilities are for guests use only, no exceptions!
  • For the very few that must preview Matthews Manor before booking and the web site does not get it for them, we must charge a fee of $10 per person to accommodate their needs.
